- Key holding.

- Fortnightly (twice monthly) property inspection.

- Security inspections at different times to normal visits (twice monthly).

- Storm/adverse weather check.

- Monthly email updates with photos.

- 24 Hour Call Out (emergency contact number will be supplied).

- Reporting of any matters needing attention to property owners.

- Obtaining quotations and overseeing works where required.

- Preparation of property for owner or guests and interim services during the visit if requested.
